What happens on a discovery call?
We talk. You tell me about your situation, We ask clarifying questions, and we figure out together if we can actually help. If we can't, we'll tell you—and try to point you in the right direction.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. I'm based in Johannesburg but work with clients across time zones. Video calls, async communication, and clear documentation make remote work seamless.
How do you handle ongoing support?
After a project ends, we offer a transition period (usually 30 days) for questions and bug fixes. For ongoing needs, we can discuss a retainer arrangement.
What if I don't know what I need?
That's perfectly normal. Most clients start there. A discovery call or strategy engagement helps us figure out the right starting point.
Do you do small projects?
It depends. We typically work on engagements of R50k+, but I'm always happy to chat and see if there's a fit. Sometimes a quick consultation is all you need.
